When you use an AI feature, your question reaches the AI model through its API, and under the AI providers' own terms and policies, data sent that way isn't used to train their models. We never sell or share your data.
No. There are no bank logins: download a statement from your bank or card and drop it in. CSV files are read right in your browser, and PDFs are read by our AI service. That's by design. FinCommand is built for customization, not automation. When everything happens on its own, it's easy to lose sight of your money. A little hands-on work up front gives you clarity and builds healthy habits, and building those habits is what FinCommand is for.

Yes. There's no contract: plans are month to month or yearly. If you also delete your account, everything we hold in the cloud is permanently deleted within 30 days.
